KOy Puffetti Fab is VP Facilities Oy’s first renovation target. It is an office building in the centre of Vaasa, completed in 1988. VP Facilities bought all its shares in the summer of 2019 as a property development project. The renovation of the building into a modern multi-use office facility was completed internally in August-September of 2020.
