Vaasa Parks built the Powergate I office buildings in two phases between 2007 and 2008, mainly for use by Wärtsilä Finland Oy. The Powergate I buildings were built with a particular focus on comfort and flexibility, not forgetting efficiency. During design and implementation, specific targets were set for energy-saving aspects, for example, by investing in an advanced automation system. The property was sold to Keva in 2011.
