The first Futura technology building was completed in late 2002. It consists of both larger office complexes and two units for smaller offices with shared break rooms and social facilities. On the first floor, there is one larger office and production area and the Five Days Lunch restaurant which also offers catering services for the conference and training facilities in Futura I and II buildings. There are meeting rooms on each floor of the building, and they are also available for rent to people and companies that are not tenants. On the top floor there is the first-class training facility, Quinta, with a large terrace and high-quality sauna facilities designed for evening use by Futura tenants. There are also charging points for electric cars in front of the building.
