KOy Circle House Fab was built for Citec Oy Ab and completed in December 2012.
“We are happy that the new building on Silmukkatie was completed in the shortest possible timeframe, in early 2011. We get to work in facilities that reflect the brand of our international company and have all Citec office workers in Vaasa under one roof. We are looking for more top experts, which is one reason the new, larger premises serve us extremely well,” said CEO Martin Strand from Citec Oy Ab shortly after the building had been completed.
The ownership of the property was transferred to Suomen Toimitilakiinteistö Ky, a subsidiary of OP Group, in November 2015. VP Facilities Oy Ab continues to manage the technical aspects of the building.
